Hello Cub Leaders:

Sorry for the short notice. Please try to rally your dens to attend the Veteran Gravesite Flag Placement at Calverton this Saturday.

We are assigned to Section 8 along with BS Troop 7. Placement will begin at 9:30 am, but it is best to arrive a bit early. I will be leaving the Mills Pond School parking lot at 8:30 am if anyone needs to follow me to Calverton. Bring a screwdriver or other stick-like tool to make a hole in the front center of each grave marker. Be prepared for significant traffic delays leaving the cemetary when placement is complete. If you attend, be sure to see me to have your name rostered - a commemorative patch is available. Attendees are also needed to return the following Saturday, June 5th at 9:30am to remove and bundle the flags.

We will discuss June campout at Callahan's Beach
Commitee Positions ( Joe Calamia and Ken Annello boys have crossed over)
Summer trips Duck Game, Canoeing, Fishing Biking etc.
Bring your ideas solutions and gripes. Let's get as many people to attend as possible!

Hello Pack 228:

Information about the Blue and Gold Dinner is becoming available. Ticket prices will be $21.oo for adults and $12.oo for children. Ginny Edgar will be set up to sell tickets during the upcoming Derby nights. Maureen Calamia will be collecting Advertising Journal ads during the Derby Nights as well.

Regarding Derby Nights: On Tuesday Jan. 27, the Wolves and Bears will race beginning 7PM. On Wednesday Jan. 28, Tigers and Webelos will be racing. Please contact your den leader if you have questions.
